Real Estate Experience
Tyler started his journey in 2016 while working full-time in the sports industry. He built his portfolio with single-family rentals and small multifamily properties, then scaled into apartment building syndications as a Limited Partner on 5 deals across the Midwest, Phoenix, and the Bay Area.
In 2018, Tyler became a first-time General Partner on a Phoenix deal. Today, he focuses exclusively on multifamily apartment deals as a General Partner and operator through Kenji Capital, a firm dedicated to identifying, renovating, and managing buildings in the SF Bay Area.
But Tyler's greatest passion is building community. He founded Bay Area Real Estate Investors to facilitate real relationships in the industry — believing that real estate, business, and life are fundamentally about connections.
